简介：新世历179年，一艘来历不明的巨大物体冲入地球，坠落在南亚得里亚岛。　　人类在被这一从天而降的怪物吓得惊魂未定之时，以比安.佐尔达克博士为首，科学家们对这一天外来客进行了调查。调查结果表明，此战舰是外宇宙文明所开发出来的战舰，而且令科学家们感到惊恐的是，此战舰中的高科技表明外宇宙科技比地球目前的科技要先进许多。这也证实了比安博士之前就提出过的存在准备向地球进攻的外宇宙文明的假想，地球已经危在旦夕了。　　在危机一步步逼近的情况下，一部分科学家对于外宇宙的高科技已经恐惧到了极点，许多人提出了逃离地球、移居其它星球的提议，而地球联邦政府的高官们并未意识到此事件的严重性，一方面极力隐瞒巨型战舰坠落的真相，一方面仍然一如继往地过着腐败不堪的生活。　　在此危急之时，比安博士提出“人类无处可逃”，主张积极地发展军事与科技，全面准备抵抗异星人的入侵。为此以比安博士为首，科学家们加紧对战舰中的EOT技术进行解析与调查；而联邦军中的积极派也开始行动。　　新世历183年1月，比安博士在南亚得里亚岛的EOT研究机构创建DC组织，并进行对异星人用新机体的研制与开发。　　新世历185年6月，联邦军极东支部在DC、玛奥军工厂及迪斯拉.雷希研究所的协力下，开始SRX计划。
